Financial stress and Its Effects

Financial stress is one of the leading causes of mental and physical health problems, yet there is little discussion about the topic.  Because this type of stress is not often readily apparent, many people fail to recognize it in others and so don’t seek help for themselves; and continue to suffer in silence.

If you are, or someone you care about is suffering from this type of financial stress, there are people and agencies that have helped many others through these types of challenges.
